As an agent, if you have any questions related to Turkish products, or customers asking about their orders, about particular products, you can send them to Hepsiburada (Turkish seller) Support. Please, follow this instruction:

1) You received a ticket concerning the Turkish product or asking about the order from the Turkish seller.

2) Click on "Forward" button in the bottom of the page.

3) Write email address "support-zoodmall@hepsiburada.com" in the email address line. Then text your message, based on the request from customer. Note that message should be only in English.

4)Then click "Forward" button and your email will be sent out.

5) In "Properties" section you should choose ticket type as "Clarification" then choose "Product features" or "Shipping and Tracking", the status of the ticket should be "Waiting on third party", then choose ticket's priority.

6) Then click "Update" button. To not lose the ticket, you can add "To Do" task for the ticket, and set time. 

 


Note: If you didn't get answer from seller within 24h after you send the ticket, contact with your supervisor or send the ticket ID in group chat.
