If a customer's payment method doesn't work, the reasons might be the following :

1.1 The customer is on the blacklist 

Reasons:


1. The customer refused to receive the order upon delivery or didn't respond to the driver.

2. Delay in payment for installment orders: That means that the installment due date has passed without payment or the customer paid after the due date.

3. The customer used promo codes that cannot be used for installments orders or other.



How to see which list the customer is in?


1. Open BO in a Browser
 

2. Open  (USER MANAGEMENT>>>>BLACKLIST CUSTOMERS)

3. Get the customer's ID, Name, phone number or Email. Press search



1.2  The customer is over the COD order limit

If the customer already has 3 active orders or didn't confirm the reception of his order by clicking on "Yes" when we asked him if the order was received  & didn't give his feedback on the ordered products to complete the order.

How to complete the order?

1. Go to the ZoodMall app and press on the account.


2. Press the "Orders" button.


3.Press on the active order that is already received.


4. Press the "YES" button & Rate the product.



1.3 Technical errors in the customer's account.


In such cases, you need to find out the customer ID and give it to the specialists for processing.
