If you used a coupon and your order is cancelled for the reasons listed below, we will restore your coupon:

1) The order was cancelled by the seller.

2) You did not receive your product within the delivery period

3) Your product is from the category of the products that could be returned or refunded.

In other cases we cannot restore your coupon.
