To apply for a refund, you need to follow the below steps:

1. Go to "Account" and select "Orders" section  


2. Select the relevant order. If the question "Have you received your order" is displayed, press "Yes" then rate the product and leave your feedback.


3. Then click on "Apply for Refund", state the reason for the refund and upload photo-video evidence not exceeding 30 MB and press Submit Request.
