This status means that the customer confirmed to return the product.


What we do if the product is Crossborder:

If the order was wrongly sent and the return is confirmed, the customer must send the product to us via Aramex and we will add him a coupon with the same return value, to the following address:

Orient Swiss office, 6th Floor, Sabak El-Kheil Street, Nearing to the military hospital, Badaro, Beirut

If the seller sent the correct product to the customer but he doesn't like it and there is no mistake from the seller's side, the customer must do the return by himself or ask Aramex to do that by contacting them on: 01-679 117 and he must bear the return charges.


The period for sending the product back is 5x calendar days.


If the product is local and the return is confirmed by the seller, we must send a request to Aramex to pick up the product from the customer house to the seller store. 

And if the seller has his own fleet, he must do that by himself. 

If the seller sent the correct product to the customer but he doesn't like it or if the size didn't fit, the customer must do the return by himself or ask Aramex to do that by contacting them on: 01-679 117 and he must bear the return charges.
