If one of the reasons listed in ZoodMall's cancellation policy happened to your product, you can apply for a refund within maximum 3 days from the order reception date for the local products and within max 14 days for the Chinese & Turkish products.

How to return a product?

In the App, at the order page, click on "Submit for return" and open a return request form. Please, specify the reason for return and the order number. The system will ask you for a video-photo of the product ( not exceeding 30 MB), and a photo of the parcel (packaging) of the product. You will have to attach this data.

Our Customer Service will contact you to clarify details and will definitely process your complaint.

It takes 3 to 5 days to process your complaint. As soon as the specialists get the response from the seller, they will immediately contact you

 
IMPORTANT: If your item is deemed returnable, you will need to send the product to us by mail.

 
Options for returns solutions:

1- Refund (full or partial): the amount will be refunded within 14 days after the status of the order changes to "Refund".

 

2- Coupons: you will be offered a coupon equivalent to the refund amount (Coupon Policy)

 

A return request can be rejected if:

- More than 3 days for local order and 14 days for Chinese orders have passed from the order's delivery date.

- You sent back or refused to receive the product at the post office without consulting our Customer Support Team. You did not follow the return procedure.

- You did not provide enough evidence or did not disclose the nature of the problem.

- But the below products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons:

Such as the Bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except for scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
