If you find that you have not received all the products you have ordered, please create a refund request from the app by following the below steps:
- If the message "Have you received the order" was shown please click on "Yes.
- Click on "Apply for a refund" button found on the bottom.
- Rate the product and click on "Confirm and rate the product".
- A "Refund" button will appear on the bottom please click on it and attach all the evidences: a Photo/video/(not exceeding 30 MB and a photo of the parcel)to confirm the refund.
- If you have any questions, please go to Account section, select "Customer Support", "Message us/Chat with us and leave your question.
We will process your request and respond to you within a day.
It takes 3 to 5 days to fully process your complaint.
