2. In the subject of the letter, enter the order number for which you are applying. IMPORTANT: before sending a new letter, check the order number to see if a request has already been made for that number. If it has already been made, you do not need to create a new letter. Simply go to the existing ticket and check the updated response status:
3. In the "Signature" section, choose a ready-made template, fill in the details and send it. Your letter will be sent to the Merchant Care team as a ticket.
