To apply for a refund, you must contact the retailer of the store where you purchased the product and follow the rules of the store.

Once ZoodPay & ZoodMall receives the seller's confirmation that your order has been returned, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to your bank card(Visa/MC) you used for the purchase.

But if you have a partial refund, the value will be reduced accordingly from your future payment for this order.
